Open letter to Governor Whitmer, Michigan’s unsustainaable electric vehicle initiative

Dear Governor Whitmer,

In regards to Michigan’s electric car initiative, the Chinese proved in Biejing that pure electrics were not a sustainable transportation direction since they required more power than the Chinese grid could supply. Even after ramping up coal power production by 40%, they failed to keep up with demand. Their massive wind power initiative failed due to low power yields. The only alternative energy comes mainly from water and solar — just like we proposed to VP Biden in 2009.

Since coal power is about 25%-50% as efficient as gas or diesel, pollution and global warming will increase by 200%-400% over the next decade as electric vehicles deploy in major cities.

Your battery initiative is very good, but should be applied to light weight WorldKar hybrids – not dangerously overweight and overpowered pure electrics. Even Joe Biden’s secretary of vehicle safety is predicting massive increases in death on the highways as electrics become mainstream.

Only WorldKar technology has been proven in a major MTU developmental study in 2008 to decrease gridlock pollution by 90%. I have attached a white paper for you to study on Coal vs. Petro fuel. If you would like to discuss this further, feel free to call or email me at your convenience.

Sincerely,

Ken Rieli, CEO
